The full terms are in the Merchant Agreement. You accept it in your portal once you’re set up — sending this form signs you up to nothing.

1 · Your business

What customers see — on your site, your emails and your receipts.
Your web address yourname.islandplay.app Made from your display name, and fixed once your site exists.
Your owner invite comes here — check the spelling.
We usually ring with one or two questions.

2 · Who needs a login

Owners change prices, hours and staff. Staff manage the calendar. Include yourself.

3 · Your venues

One per place customers turn up to. If you run a single site, one is all you need.

New venue

What’s on site — parking, changing rooms, washrooms, a bar or shop, spectator seating, equipment hire. Whatever is worth a customer knowing before they drive over.

4 · When you’re open

The hours bookings can be taken, which may be narrower than when the gate is open.

Only if you run more than one and they don’t keep the same times. Name the venue and its hours.

5 · Courts and prices

One per thing a customer books one of — court, field, pitch, lane or net. Use the names your staff already use.

New court

If you chose “take it out”, prices need to be whole multiples of $5.00 — $80.00 and $95.00 are fine, $82.50 is not. That way what a customer pays is exactly the price you set. On “add it on” price however you like.

Which sports do you offer overall? Tick everything you run anywhere. Which sport is at which site is the venue’s job, above.
Evenings under lights, weekends, off-peak mornings. Leave blank if it’s one price all week.
An hour, ninety minutes, two hours. Say so per sport if they differ.
A full pitch that splits into two small ones, a hall that’s one court or two. Write “none” if they’re all independent.

Send it

Two things to email us afterwards — we’ll open the message for you:

  • Photos of the venue — three to eight, straight from your camera roll.
  • Your logo — the original file, if you can find it.
  • Your waiver too, if you use one.

What you send is used to set up your business. How we look after it is in our privacy policy.

Checking you’re a person — Cloudflare. Usually invisible; asks only when unsure.

Got it

That’s your details in. One thing left: email us your photos and logo — the button opens a message with the subject already filled in.

Email your photos

If that doesn’t open your mail app, send them to yourself.
